Yah, the wingnut commentators are saying that John Roberts is on drugs and I hear some are now proposing to start an impeachment action against him. It's funny though as you say, that so many arch-conservative judges seem to start drifting toward the left as they spend time on the Supreme Court. Not that they all do, of course, but some notable ones have definitely gone that way.
