Amazon is familiar to you, I'm sure, and in this case is only a distributor, not the publisher. Smashwords is the publisher of the electronic versions, and distributes them without DRM. Typically, Smashwords e-books eventually become available through Amazon's Kindle store, as well as Nook and Kobo outlets.
If I understand your question, then you probably want to order the print edition from Weasel Press, or the e-book version from Smashwords. Those are the respective original publishers.
