For over a decade, we printed these little collections of recipes and sent them as Christmas greeting cards. Now my husband has scanned them all and we are happy to release them to everyone who is interested. Use them freely, and share as you wish. Please, no commercial use.

A friend (the same one listening to Khakidoggy's audiobooks) is giving me a crash course in cooking. I'll start looking through these for simple recipes once I've reviewed all the urgent stuff.

There are a lot of easy things in there. Some only have like four ingredients. The baking recipes, of course, have more. But some are in the style of "Mr. Food" if you ever saw him on television, or "Taste of Home" magazine, using prepared ingredients from cans or frozen products and combining them to make things. We selected the recipes to appeal to beginners and folks in a hurry mostly.

A few, of course, are more challenging, including baking breads from scratch. But you'll find something in there that appeals to you, I'm pretty confident. Have fun, ask me if you have questions.
