What is 'compatibility', anyway?

Not that I set much store by these online quizzes in any case, but they do make me curious and provide occasional entertainment. How compatible with me are YOU?

Just what this means I have no idea. I did the 'sexual compatibility' as well, and that's where it got really interesting. Not everyone has filled that out, of course. But of my friends who have done so, the ranking was almost exactly the opposite of the compatibilities shown above. That seemed very peculiar.
