altivo: Running Clydesdale (running clyde)
It felt like a Wednesday. Rob was here overnight because he and Gary had a gig at the farmers' market in Woodstock at 9 am. They took off about 8, so I did all the critter stuff and then went to my spinning guild meeting, where I turned in another five entries for the show in October. That's the drop dead end of that, but I still have weaving entries to finish.

Left the meeting early to go into Woodstock and catch the end of the group at the market and then join them for lunch. We got the end of lunchtime at Angelo's and thus there was little hurry, and we sat and talked for quite a while.

Got home at near 3, and Gary did barn chores (his day) before taking off for church at 5 because he's playing at another friend's church in the morning. I did evening feeding chores starting at 5:45 and he showed up a little after 6 to help finish that. Then we finished unloading the second wagonload of hay, that Jeff dropped off yesterday evening. Hay is all stacked, and the wagon pushed back outside where Jeff can pick it up at his leisure. (Probably soon, if the weather holds.)

Heard the screech owl again at dusk, with the neighbors' yappy terrier barking at it like the stupid thing he is.
