Oh, and the income figures tell us more about the majority of the test takers than they do about ourselves. Note that we are both well below the US "average" yet in the upper half of the test takers.

I guess those making the most amount of money spend the least amount of time on the Internet, at least on memes.

In general, I think that's probably true, with a few exceptions. No doubt Bill Gates does some surfing, at least from time to time, but I doubt he's a blogger. ;p

The real issue with the income statistic though, is just age. I'm quite sure the vast majority of LJ, myspace, etc. users are under 30. Americans generally achieve their peak earning levels in their 50s. People in that age group right now are generally far less computer-active than the younger generations. It has been changing, but not fast enough to tilt that statistic over.
