Flopsy pony
Jul. 13th, 2007 11:12 pmToo tired, must sleep...
Our friend Rob, who is the other half of mate Gary's musical partnership, Bear Creek, came out on the train tonight because they have engagements this weekend starting early tomorrow morning. So Gary picked him up at the train station and I met them at a restaurant for dinner before coming back home. We've been talking about bards, and songs with dogs in them, and why Rob doesn't like furry stories (except for some of them which turns out to be quite a lot of them,) and other useless but amusing things until way past my usual bedtime. And I was up earlier than usual this morning.
Tomorrow is my spinning guild monthly meeting, which I will probably leave in the middle in order to meet Rob and Gary for lunch in Woodstock where they will have played at the farmer's market all morning. I'm not sure what else is on the agenda, but I'm still threading the loom in any case, which can fill in any free time. I'm 8/9 of the way done with threading, but then there's sleying and tie offs before I can begin weaving.
So, to bed with me.
