What I bought for myself at MFF
Nov. 21st, 2004 09:52 pmAs promised. I didn't want to violate copyrights by scanning it myself, but there is an image of the color print (a collaboration between Chris Sawyer and Dark Natasha) in the middle of this page. I suppose the chestnut on the right is intended to be a mare, but I see this as a pair of stallion shamans.
I also got myself one of Foxfeather's tagua totem pendants, in the "horse walking" design shown here, top left corner. My excuse: I've been looking at these on her web page for a while, and this would be my only chance to pick the one I liked from a selection. She added silver and turquoise beads at my request and I'm wearing it very happily right now.
I don't often indulge myself in things like this, as much as I love them. But I couldn't pass up an opportunity to support good furry artists in a small way. I only wish I could afford to buy a lot more. There were at least a dozen other items I coveted.
