Yep, you were included there. Also goldenstallion who has become a very close and intense friend in spite of our major differences.

If we stretch "online fandom" to include what existed at the time, then my life partner and mate must also be included, since we met as a result of using a dial-up BBS system way back in 1982.

Well, you're one of the cool special people I've met through online. Among many things, you have balanced life on the farm with a scholarly life, deflating a stereotype I didn't realize I still had about farm folk. I think it was great that you were wearing coveralls when I met you at MFF! Take care!

Indeed. And you were one of several I had in mind too. I have to admit the overalls were purchased especially for the costume effect. I tend more to jeans and ordinary flannel shirts. Given the tail hole, those overalls are probably going to stay dedicated to costume use, too. :)
