Date: 2004-12-21 07:38 pm (UTC)Well, it's true, I am not very sexual and I haven't done much compared to most people my age... but with each year that passes, I care less and less.
(I'm 24)...

Date: 2004-12-21 07:56 pm (UTC)The world is full of so many interesting and exciting things, it does seem a terrible waste that we should spend most of our energy on either pursuing sex or resisting it. ;) Life is too short.
Music: Jim Brickman - Picture This (CD I was just cataloging and decided to listen to. Wow. Great casual piano style.)

Date: 2004-12-22 02:42 pm (UTC)Only you know what is right for you. But the very tiny bits of yourself that you reveal do make me think very highly of you. Since you got you LJ account after I urged you to do it, I'll urge you to go a bit farther and make some entries on your own. I have a very strong hunch that I'd like to hear more from you.
In any case, a safe and happy holiday season to you. While you enjoy summer, think of us freezing by the stove. ;)

Perhaps one of these days, but I am a bit worried about being tracked down via the LJ entries. Not that I do anything illegal myself, but I don't want to risk unnecessary exposure.
In any case, a safe and happy holiday season to you.
And to you, and yours:)
While you enjoy summer, think of us freezing by the stove. ;)
Hehe :)

Date: 2004-12-23 03:04 pm (UTC)You've left me with the idea that you frequent "talkers" and such, which are inherently less secure than this medium. Same is true for IRC or any of the instant messengers. I do believe in prudence, but I think paranoia is generally too much.
Note too that you can make your journal "friends-only" or filter messages to allow only a selected list of friends to read them. This is something many people do. LiveJournal is based in the United States, where at present you can still discuss just about anything you want except: child pornography, pederasty, or things that might be construed as terrorist intent. Zoophilia isn't even a blip on the national radar here. Heck, we don't even have a good track record on enforcing laws against outright animal cruelty. The government engages in that on a daily basis.
My e-mail works, of course, but I gather you aren't willing to use e-mail.
Re: Wow:)! The Pope would be envious!
Date: 2004-12-23 04:48 pm (UTC)That's an interesting aspect, I guess that it's not a bad idea as far as it goes, but it's rather against the spirit of LJ, don't you think?
Zoophilia isn't even a blip on the national radar here.
I've heard a few zoo/US horror stories :)! But in general I agree, it probably isn't a huge thing compared to more common and/or sinister crimes, and The Wars on Terror/Drugs/Civil Rights/etc.
Heck, we don't even have a good track record on enforcing laws against outright animal cruelty. The government engages in that on a daily basis.
:( I think this will be true everywhere in the world so long as the majority of people consider animals consumable objects rather than fellow sentient beings.
I've sent you an email, btw :)
