Guerilla Spinning...
Mar. 23rd, 2005 11:03 amFor my friends who have wondered what I meant when I mentioned "guerilla spinning". For fun, and to promote handspinning and fiber craft in the community, members of our spinning guild get together to spin and knit on Wednesday mornings at the local Starbuck's.

All are modern, factory produced designs with parts made of nylon, carbon fiber, and so forth. I've tried to spin on antique wheels. My greatest sympathy goes to our great-great-grandmothers who actually had to do it daily.
