And more rain

And it's still raining. On and off, mist to drizzle to real rain, gray gloom (or was until it finally got dark.)

Got back three of my fleeces that I sent to Ohio for processing. Well worth the cost, I think, they are carded and ready to spin now. At least, as soon as I free a wheel up to try them...

My announcement to my boss, in writing, that I was going to go back on the job market was merely met with the hope that it would take me a long time to find something because she doesn't want me to leave. She seems as supportive of my position as I could expect.

Oh, and corelog and I exchanged a couple of cell phone texts today, establishing that my carrier will indeed deliver SMS over the border to Canada. However, message(s) sent by calydor from Europe have never arrived. Not sure whether the block is at his end or mine.

I was up before 4 am this morning, no wonder I'm tired. I think that's it for tonight.
