Hee. Well I'm not very experienced with pony grooming(unless we were discussing you), but shopping... mmm. Oddly enough, it's one of those little simple pleasures for me - I don't usually get to do so, so... you'd have help. n.n And then afterwards, get things taken care of and put away, you'd curl up with that book, I might fiddle with yer mane awhile, give a little massage.
Some of us don't get weekends. Not until Monday, June 12th anyway. Then I get a 4-day weekend ... of course, this weekend is a munch as many chips as you can weekend, so the woofy's gotta work his tail off. Yipes! Gimme back my tail ...
*hands you your tail in a brown paper bag to avoid embarrassing you*
That reminds me, I need to go to the store to get more chips. ;p Actually, we may be able to do some grilling this weekend if it doesn't rain. Hmm, chicken or fish?
BTW, if you haven't tried them before before, and you are serious about getting chips, give baked Lays or Doritos a try. They're not really as healthy as they're hyped, but I actually like 'em better tastewise than "normal" chips.
I was just teasing about the chips. We don't eat much of that stuff.
Salmon would be nice, but I can only afford it when they put it on sale. A major thunderstorm threat arrived just at dinnertime, so we had leftovers instead. There was salad from the garden though.
Well, Bear works all this weekend until Monday night, Thursday morning. I get a free day off but no pay, unlike everybody else who gets a hundred extra dollars for just doing it full-time. I can never be full time again or nobody will remember this old horse as he lay in his grave having killed himself. I am very serious about this.
I know that most folks work, at least, the forty hour week but it is very hard for me to do so. More mental than physical although that is also entering into the picture.
Is ok and I am very happy with my current life. Go figure.
Mostly because of good friends like you and Bear. Parents. Work friends. You all matter a lot more to me than I do to you. Thank goodness.
Just painting and touching-up the old Farmall tractor todsy mostly. Time to set up the swimming pool, too.
