No more difficult than any other type of fursuit. It's all anatomy and cartooning.

Yep, draft horses have big feet. But you don't see my hooves in those photos. You are seeing the feathers, long hairs that cover the hooves and swing when a horse steps, adding flash. In Clydesdales, they are generally preferred to be white, but can be black like mine. The white is very showy for parades and stuff.
