You are either a Quaker, you know one personally, or you're just a good guesser. Either way, give yourself a pat on the back - you deserve it. I don't need to tell you that the answer to the "Who is not a Quaker" question was "John Lennon," since you probably already knew that. To learn even more about the Quakers, check 'em out on Wikipedia: Wikipedia's Quakerism Entry And, if you have any suggestions for more questions for this test, send them my way. Thanks for taking the Quaker Knowledge Test! |

Date: 2006-12-14 02:09 am (UTC)A question about your LJ, it doesn't have that universal log in at the top I notice. Why is that?

Date: 2006-12-14 04:02 am (UTC)As for my LJ, I'm not sure what you mean by "universal log in". The navigation bar? That's optional. I have it turned off for my journal because some people don't like it so why push it at them. But I have it turned on for myself, because I do use it. So everyone's journal has it for me, when I'm logged in, even if they have turned it off. If you aren't logged in, though, obviously you'd see it only on journals that are pushing it at everyone.

Date: 2006-12-14 01:36 am (UTC)You do not have time to ride me any more and I am so in love with a certain mule I am having serious problems sleeping at night. Jake is mine and so is Kate. Sorry but our story has just begun. What happens when she sees a stallion who truly IS the one she has dreamed about all her life, who loves you and Jake so much he will give his life to you?

Re: Ride me
Date: 2006-12-14 04:08 am (UTC)Kate's story is really something I haven't thought about very much. I don't know all of it, though I suppose she would tell it to me if I started writing it. She's important in Jake's story, but only up to a point. The tale I told was about Jake and Chrysios. Dent, Scarlett, Kate, Daisy, and Linette are just along for the ride, so to speak. I want to know more about the teachers too. All of them are interesting to me.
As they always say, a writer should write what he knows. I know Jake. To some degree, I know Chrysios. I understand Dent and Scarlett because they are kids I've known and watched through Jake's eyes. Daisy is the dog I always wanted. Kate is in some ways my own mother, though she isn't yet as multidimensional as the real one.
