We got at least six inches overnight, perhaps as much as eight. It was hard to tell because it was melting and there was rain falling on top of it at dawn. When the rain stopped, there was about six inches of wet slush on the ground. Very sloppy.

Late this afternoon, it started to snow again. A half inch so far, I'd estimate, though the temperature is right at freezing and not going much lower they say. Whether we'll be able to get out in the morning is hard to say. No using a snow blower with this slop, but Gary did shovel the stuff out of the end of the drive, where the snow plows push it in.

I'm set to make dinner and that's it. Maybe some weaving will get done.
