service for their master like buying
V8 or putting an overdue book in the
"overnight" slot at the library and
running away.

You think, after that, they have time
to NOT love ME?

Aha!

/I/ didn't do it...my minions just
got distratcted because I let them
out of the house!
XD
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-19 05:29 pm (UTC)and enters, cape a'flutter. He gets his book out
of that box/bin by the slot and tries and
make it not overdue at the 'puter.
Later the sun is coming up. Damn pony knows
what he is doing!
With a sigh he puts the book back in the bin
and puts a fifty thousand dollar gift card
to Borders on the pony's desk as compensation
for having had "I Am A Strange Loop", and
"Blood and Thunder", out an extra day.
^_^
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-19 05:47 pm (UTC)*returns the Border's gift card* Thanks but no thanks. I've had one since Christmas. They said I could use it to order from Amazon whatever I wanted. So I ordered two books on Dec. 26. It has now been three months, and Amazon is still in "delayed shipment" status for them. Meanwhile they've actually lowered the price, and continue to say they ship in "2 to 3 weeks". I guess it's like in Through the Looking Glass, where jam every other day can't be today because today can't be any other day. When I die, they can put on my tombstone "His Amazon order will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks."
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-20 05:46 pm (UTC)big jar, to the coin counter machine I got
money not a gift card. One of them was for
Amazon. I've had good experiences with Amazon,
but...um...no, money first.
*finds the guy that runs Amazon and shows
up in leather with a riding crop. He taps
it in his paw*
Sooo...your making ponies wait are you?
*the guy gulps but takes off his pants and
arches his rump*
*facepaws*
I see how they hire.
XD
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-20 05:53 pm (UTC)My suspicion is that one of the two books come in, and because they have to ship for free and the other hasn't come yet, they sell it to someone else. Then the other book comes in, but they don't have the first one... etc.
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-21 02:08 pm (UTC)scams. >.<
You know, I've found that when I do my;
"Fox in leather, peering with a riding crop"
I get fanboys. I don't think I've ever
seriously done bdsm yiff stuff on FM. Maybe
once in the WVG when it was rockin' but the
room had like five hundred furs in it and
no one paid much attention anyway.
Now get back to work!
*whipcrack*
XD
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-21 02:33 pm (UTC)I'm not afraid of a whip.
*grabs the middle (not the end) of the thing as it flips by and reels you in until he holds you suspended by the whip just an inch or two above the ground*
Now who's a fox boy? Don't try whips and leather on horses, we already know all about that stuff.
XD XD XD
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-21 02:39 pm (UTC)Oh.

with the costume*
We are roleplaying dammit! I'll have
to look you up on AIM to do it all
proper with the compleat Yakkity
Sax intro.
*takes the leather and whip back
to the store, grumbling about
horses and their leather bars...*
XD

Your fines are forgiven, for this time. Now don't do it again.
;p ;p ;p
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-20 05:43 pm (UTC)with the guy that runs the local
B&N, holding him by the neck in his
paw*
"I..I want to make a...donation?"
*shakes him*
"Yes, most definetely! A donation!"
*grins and lets the guy go. He promptly
faints in front of the checkout desk*
*shrugs and leaves as the good people
of the world go @.@*
XD
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-20 05:59 pm (UTC)We accept donations, yes. Now listen carefully, because I'll only tell you once: No back issues of National Geographic. No Time-Life books. No Readers' Digest condensed books. No encyclopedia sets more than two years old or missing volumes. No ratty, moldy books from someone's basement or garage. No books with insects in them. No books that were already on the remainder table and didn't sell for a buck apiece so now you want a tax deduction of full price. *tightens the scissors against the guy's throat a bit* You got all that?
B-N guy squeaks, "Yis, yis!"
*lets him go* All right, now show us what you got.
Re: Aha!
Date: 2007-03-21 02:10 pm (UTC)you see the four semis unloading the guys store into
your library...*
XD
Wouldn't that be nice?
