You are good. So good, that you make evil people squirm.
Just remember, you may need to turn to the dark side to get what you want!

Hmp. To score that high you'd have to answer those questions as if Ayn Rand were looking over your shoulder.

I only let them go online when they
aren't out performing some nefarious
service for their master like buying
V8 or putting an overdue book in the
"overnight" slot at the library and
running away.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Snjh1hT853g

You think, after that, they have time
to NOT love ME?

So you're one of those. Doesn't work here. If the book isn't in the return by closing, you're overdue. ;p

Later the sun is coming up. Damn pony knows

With a sigh he puts the book back in the bin
and puts a fifty thousand dollar gift card
to Borders on the pony's desk as compensation
for having had "I Am A Strange Loop", and
"Blood and Thunder", out an extra day.

You're lucky it was only one day. After three days we call in Conan the Librarian. (Ever see the film UHF?)

*returns the Border's gift card* Thanks but no thanks. I've had one since Christmas. They said I could use it to order from Amazon whatever I wanted. So I ordered two books on Dec. 26. It has now been three months, and Amazon is still in "delayed shipment" status for them. Meanwhile they've actually lowered the price, and continue to say they ship in "2 to 3 weeks". I guess it's like in Through the Looking Glass, where jam every other day can't be today because today can't be any other day. When I die, they can put on my tombstone "His Amazon order will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks."

This is why, when I took all my pennies in my
big jar, to the coin counter machine I got
money not a gift card. One of them was for
Amazon. I've had good experiences with Amazon,
but...um...no, money first.

*finds the guy that runs Amazon and shows
up in leather with a riding crop. He taps
it in his paw*

Sooo...your making ponies wait are you?

*the guy gulps but takes off his pants and
arches his rump*

*facepaws*

I see how they hire.

Whee! Oh, I like that. Do it to him some more.

My suspicion is that one of the two books come in, and because they have to ship for free and the other hasn't come yet, they sell it to someone else. Then the other book comes in, but they don't have the first one... etc.

Yeah, those "deals" usually are marketing
scams. >.<

You know, I've found that when I do my;

"Fox in leather, peering with a riding crop"

I get fanboys. I don't think I've ever
seriously done bdsm yiff stuff on FM. Maybe
once in the WVG when it was rockin' but the
room had like five hundred furs in it and
no one paid much attention anyway.

Now get back to work!

Nah, no leather bars. I have zero tolerance for smoke, loud music, and attitude. But harnesses, bridles, and whips are just all in a days work for an equine. At least, most of us.

RP on AIM? That sounds utterly impractical.

We accept donations, yes. Now listen carefully, because I'll only tell you once: No back issues of National Geographic. No Time-Life books. No Readers' Digest condensed books. No encyclopedia sets more than two years old or missing volumes. No ratty, moldy books from someone's basement or garage. No books with insects in them. No books that were already on the remainder table and didn't sell for a buck apiece so now you want a tax deduction of full price. *tightens the scissors against the guy's throat a bit* You got all that?

B-N guy squeaks, "Yis, yis!"

*lets him go* All right, now show us what you got.
