Sunday...

Nice day. A bit warm, but less humid than yesterday.

Between laundry and spinning like mad, made another berry pie. Also black bean salad with brown rice and red leaf lettuce, to go with baked chicken and sweet corn for supper.

Still no time to read HP 7, though.

Yup, homemade pies and breads our specialty here. Learned from grandmothers, since neither of our moms did much of that sort of thing.

Nothing like Grandma's bread :) I remember my grandmother making her own bread :)

I don't think anyone in my family was a pie maker...well dad was but it was savoury pies more than desert pies :) Great now I'm hungry
