Long day

Ended up going to Elgin with Gary this afternoon and evening. He needed to get some stuff from our friends there for a school project. They kindly invited us to dinner as well.

Tired...zzzzzzzz.

Storm warnings all around us. Drove home watching lightning in the distance, in what seemed like every direction on the compass, though we hit very little rain. Weather radio alarm keeps sounding for adjacent counties, but all we have here is cold wind.

I imagine so. They said it was a low traveling eastward along the Canadian border, and trailing a cold front. That's just what it looked like on the radar too, and if it kept moving it would have run smack into you guys.
