The names are the answers to a list of questions. When your name appears on the list, then you're expected to ask for a copy of the list, which in turn obligates you to answer the questions in the same way. Yes, it's silly, it's a meme.

You were a close candidate for a couple of these, but got edged out because I've never met you in person. If you like, I'll send you the question list.

Ah, so now secrecy is the gimmick to get participants, along with the obligation. Interesting how the pushiness of these things have evolved from "If you respond, you gotta" to "Tag, you gotta" to this where they try to use folks natural curiosity to force things - the only way to find out what it is, is to obligate oneself. I wonder how long the "secrecy" will hold.

I am now pondering a post of a list of thirty wildly random names just to see what reactions I get.
