Now can we have some peace and quiet? Even for just a few days? No more stupid recorded phone calls? No more negative ads on the radio and television? No more junk left on the doorstep and jammed in the mailbox? And for goddess' sake, get rid of all those stupid lawn signs? Please?

I'm with you on the lawn signs, though. Anyone leaving one up past Thursday should be disqualified from office (if a winner) and jailed.

About what? Shelton? Well, I agree there might be some more "embarrassing moments" in the Oval Office, but we survived those when Clinton was president, so why not? It's a tradition. Probably has been before too, we just never found out.
