We had asparagus today. ;D

Crane bill geraniums are sprouting, daffodils are open, gooseberries are getting leaves, and those irritating red maple buds are falling all over everything. Also, the peas are coming up in the garden at last. Now we need a thunderstorm or two.

Finally got all the MySQL and PHP bits to cooperate today. Next project to test them out: combine 25 years of amateur radio logs into a single database. That could actually be useful. Once it's all online and not just scribbled in paper notebooks, I can do some analysis. I can also generate ADIF files and post all those old QSOs to Logbook of the World. Who knows, I might finally get my WAS certificate. (Well, actually, I still need Delaware and South Carolina for that.)

Still sneezing and coughing, but otherwise finally improving I think. Maybe I can sleep tonight. Back to work in the morning.

No veggies sprouting here but yes, flowers. And the
led landscape solar lights are @.@ bright.

No veggies yet? Didn't you say you had planted some? Lettuce and peas should be coming up now. You're at nearly the same latitude and on the leeward side of the lake too, so should be zone six or five at the worst. We're five here.

Well, not looking out today. It's in the 30s and raining, with a cold blustery wind. Still, that's April.

Oooh, asparagus will be popping up around here, soon.

MySQL and PHP are fun.

Yeah, it's amazing how fast MySQL is compared to M$-Access.

Who needs a GUI?
Does Access use its own variant, or does it use DB2 or something?

There are several GUIs available for MySQL for those who choose them. And of course, with PHP you can make your own custom one. GTK would be another approach.

Access is its own thing entirely. Not invented by Microsloth even, but bought by them from someone else and then rebranded and sluggified.

We have an abundance of purple bloom this year. I dunno what happened to the white and yellow ones.

True about the asparagus, but it's so good I'll put up with it.

Wisdom teeth? Can you really afford to be less wise? Well, I suppose it's too late for that remark, eh?

Pernicious Pony. I like the ring of that. Maybe I'll add it to my business card.

Bah! It's always the same every horse I know behaves like this. And kitty reasoning tells me it's got nothing to do with me.
