Flattened yet again

I shouldn't need a reason except that it was Wednesday. But the outside air temperature soared into the 80s and half the library's cooling system went down as it always does this time of year for one reason or another. Although it insisted that it was running, it was taking 77F air and putting it back out as 80F air. Needless to say, we sweated some. Maybe more than some.
The technical services area where my desk is was cool. But of course on Wednesday I have to do desk duty in the oven zone. Which was busy like a zoo too.
Anyway, it's done, I'm home, tomorrow is only a half day, and the week is well over. Still have to go over Gary's tax filing with him, so I'm outta here.
