Some clouds at times, but bright and sunny otherwise. A nice change, though I guess the weekend will be back to rainy.
Gary planted snow peas in a tub sitting by the arena a few weeks ago and they are blossoming and making peas now. I checked out in the "orchard" and found little green apples on the Spitzenberg, quite a few of them. Also quite a few strawberries coming along on those plants I put in last year. They need weeding badly, though.
Most of Tess' pasture has been mowed. It looks rather different, and she noticed. Still, she was happy to be out there this afternoon, in spite of horrendous numbers of mosquitoes.
Still unimpressed with Windows 7 but I declared the first machine to be set up as ready for the user this morning. The hardware itself is pretty fast. Windows was pre-installed on the HD supposedly up to date as of May 19, but already needed 18 security fixes. And I just love (not) the way M$ has chosen to "hide" the administrator account but tells you not to make the normal user an administrator. Fortunately I found instructions from a third party on how to re-enable the administrator account so you can log into it.
One more day and it's the weekend again. Yay.
