Breakfast, then out to the barn to unload and stack another 166 bales of hay. Done for the year now, we hope. I tried to get a photo of what 617 bales of neatly stacked hay look like (sort of like an Aztec pyramid, actually) but got out there too late and it was too dark. Possibly tomorrow.
Gallery opening event was a musical delight, thanks to The Kishwaukee Ramblers who performed for two hours to entertain visitors to both galleries and those of us who were show participants as well. I wish I could say the same for attendance, but due to weak publicity and particularly I think the ridiculous new policies of the county health department that made it impossible for us to offer food and drink... attendance was pretty poor.
Still sore from too many hours sitting still spinning yesterday, plus unloading hay today, and I still have to write the check for the hay. The price per bale is lower and the quality higher than what we got last year, so I'll not be groaning too much.
Now to make dinner and the weekend is done.
