It's Wednesday

altivoAnd now it's dark when I get home on Wednesday, tonight with howling winds and splatters of rain. Here comes November. At least the library was fairly quiet tonight.
I did not wear anything purple today because I don't own a thread of that color. Not that it mattered. I saw no one wearing purple and had I been wearing it, no one would have known why (or asked.)
The election is creeping up and I actively dislike all the candidates on the ballot from either party. I will undoubtedly once again be voting AGAINST the one I think is worst rather than FOR anyone. Why is it always that way?
Tomorrow I work only the morning, as usual, but I have to be gallery guard at the show for the afternoon shift. Which means I need something to do for three hours, as it won't be busy on a Thursday afternoon. Have to check and see what spinning I have that's portable. Should do that before going to bed, as I'll get home at 1 pm from work and have to be at the gallery by 2 pm at the latest, and I'll need some kind of lunch in that time as well as 20 min. or so to get there.
Meanwhile, the wind is gusting hard there was debris all over the streets up in Harvard. Flower pots, boxes, and assorted other junk blown from porches and yards I guess. May not be the best night for sleeping.
