Story draft available here.
Moving again, and so is that wagon train from Poitiers to Normandy. In spite of my horrible mood the last couple of days, the story is starting to have the level of silliness I wanted from the start. Revisions will be happening later. I'll post chapter drafts (2 of them) in the morning.
In other news, the golden retriever rescue group approved us. We got the official notice today.
Did some shopping today. I've noticed this trend in the last couple of years, and it's not getting better. Stores are not stocking piles of frozen turkeys the way they used to do for much of November. I'm guessing that now that no one cooks any more, their sales have been off so badly that they won't invest in it. This is of course a royal pain for those of us who do actually want to buy a turkey.
