Quiet day at last

altivoWent out briefly for some groceries and to deposit a check. Spent most of the rest of the day reading, yay. Other than animal chores and preparing meals, did nothing and ignored guilt feelings about it. Gary did homework and took a nap.
More snow tomorrow, but supposed to be only a couple of inches. Bitter cold after midweek, and I think we've have enough of that. The ground-hog was cancelled but he would not have seen a shadow in the height of a blizzard. Your time is up, winter. Now git!
Mail still sparse. Maybe on Monday they'll catch up with a flood of junk mail.
Time to look at seed catalogs, which we did some of after supper.
